How to customize your own unique black gym turf?

We need to know the following details:

1. We have the following models for your option:

• CPT-10, GYM-20, GYMX-15, GYMX-20, GTM-25, kindly let us know the model you prefer for exact quotation.

2. Thickness of the black gym turf you want? 

• We offer options such as 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, with 10mm being the most popular choice.

• Some customers may also want the thickness of turf to be the same as their rubber flooring, in order the turf and rubber can fit flush with each other. Just let us know for solutions. 

3. Do you want the turf with PU foam padded?

• PU foam thickness: 5mm, 8mm, 10mm

• If the PU padded turf quantity is less than 500 square meters, we need to wait for other goods to be produced together, and the delivery date cannot be determined.

• If the PU padded turf quantity is greater than 500 square meters, it can be produced separately and the delivery time is relatively fast.

4. Width of the gym turf  

• Width should be less than or equal to 5m(16.4ft) for plain color turf and turf with track lines;

• Width should be less than or equal to 4m(13.12ft) for turf with custom line markings/numbers/letters/logo/patterns;

• If you need PU foam attached, width should be less than or equal to 2m(6.56ft).

5. Length of the gym turf

• It’s better that the length could be less than or equal to 40m (≤30m for padded gym turf), so the roll diameter would not be too large and not easy for transfer.

6. Backing: SBR Latex / PU coating

• Normally it is SBR latex, PU coating needs a MOQ at 1000sqm.

8. Color of Gym Turf:

Packing Details

1. Roll up the gym turf on a paper tube (10cm diameter), convenient for loading and unloading.

2. Wrap the gym turf rolls with the transparent film, then Cover the outermost of the gym turf roll with a layer of PP cloth. 

3. Attached with label or shipping mark, then Transfer the gym turf rolls to warehouse and wait for delivery.
