Our normal package is paper tube inside and PP cloth covered outside of the roll, there will be plastic caps covered at the two ends of the roll if necessary. For brand dealers and retailers, especially gym turf, we can also supply customized packages, such as different colors of PP cloth with Logo painted, color labels, plastic bags, cartons and pallets.

Maximum width of our big tufting machine and coating machine is 5 meter (16.4ft).
Maximum width of our pattern knitting machine is 4 meter (13ft).
Maximum width of our PU foam attaching machine is 2 meter (6.5ft).
Any width below these is available.
Length can be adjusted as your requests, usually it can be 10m, 15m, 25m, 30m, etc.

  Color

We have green, blue, black, red, gray, yellow and many other colors for your options.
If you can’t find the right color here, we can also customize the color for you. Just send us a 10*10cm sample with the right specification you want.

Pile height, Gauge, Density, Dtex, Blade shape and Backing thickness of artificial grass can be adjusted to meet your different market requirements and price levels.
